The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and large dining table offers seating for six. A large smart television in the living room provides access to Hulu, Netflix and Prime. Echo Show provides connection to Spotify and Amazon music. The main floor continues into two bedrooms (double and queen), one bathroom with shower over bath and a laundry. Upper floor has an extremely spacious master with California king bed and recently renovated en-suite. A walk-in closet with window, fan and door makes a perfect baby room complete with pack + play crib (BYO Crib sheet). Bedroom opens out to a private internal landing with reading nook, books and games. Though the landing is a Juliette balcony, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. Enjoy a large screened in porch with conversation seating for four, dining table for six and ceiling fan for summer and seasonal days. Olivebridge is a wooded hamlet south of the Ashokan Reservoir. The area is studded with pretty townships, hiking trails, unique eateries, breweries, orchards, flea markets, antique stores and quiet settings for rest and relaxation. Nearby Stone Ridge, Rosendale and High Falls offer a selection of dining experiences, 15 to 20 minutes from the property. The Country Inn, for dinner or a lakeside drink, is no more than 4-minutes drive from Grassy Ridge Retreat. Tettas market is a 6-minute drive selling gas, groceries, beer, pizzas and a selection of pastry’s. Marty’s Mercantile is 11-minutes for breakfast, lunch or ice cream The town of Woodstock is within 25 minute drive as is Westwind Orchard cider house (20) , Arrowood Brewery (20) and Rough Cut Brewery. Kelder’s Farm, great for apple, pumpkin, sunflower and berry picking for the family. A car is the best option to get to the property and explore the area. There is parking for 3 cars onsite. Instructions for key collect available from AirBNB on day of check in. We work with Arcadia clean solar and wind energy to offset our omissions.
