Villa Roseto is located in a magical corner of I Casali del Moraiolo and is surrounded by wild, undisturbed nature and breathtaking views of Todi and the Umbrian hills. The most surprising thing about this Villa with 5 double bedrooms is the terrace, an idyllic place to relax, where you can spend long summer evenings sipping good wine in company listening to the relaxing flow of water from the fountain. The pool overlooks Todi, thus creating a unique atmosphere. The space The Villa is located in a 1-hectare park and is surrounded by olive trees and typical Umbrian aromatic plants. Private access is through an automated gate and inside the fully fenced property is private parking. Villa Roseto is spread over two floors and the ground floor is fully accessible and usable by the disabled. The accommodation internally consists of: a living area, two kitchens and 5 en suite double bedrooms. On the second floor, there is a terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills, the magnificent city of Todi, the garden and the swimming pool of the villa; perfect place to admire the Il Roseto is equipped with: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in-room TV, heating, dishwasher, washing machine and shutters. The exterior consists of a swimming pool (6x12) with night lighting, a small kitchenette consisting of: barbecue and wood-burning oven for pizza and bread, hammock, 2 outdoor living areas and fully hand-painted ceramic tables. The swimming pool is open from May to October. Guest access From September to May, our guests will have the opportunity to access our exclusive wellness center, which features a 38-degree heated Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area, music, and herbal tea. You will be alone in our wellness center, completely surrounded by nature, for two hours. Exclusive massages: on request you can organize exclusive massages to the oil of I Casali del Moraiolo in the room or in the spa or in the garden. ⦁ ASSISI TOUR: upon request, it is possible to organize a tour of the city. ⦁ HORSEBACK RIDING: Upon request, we can organize a horseback ride in the Umbrian Hills with a picnic at the end. ю HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE: You can organize a hot air balloon ride, departing in the morning with a small final picnic and tasting. Bike Tour: upon request you can organize a bike ride in Todi (guided) with final aperitif. ю RAFTING: you can organize the rafting experience with a guide on the Black (river) upon request. ⦁ DERUTA TOUR: it is possible to organize a tour in the city of Deruta famous for its majolica; you will be welcomed in one of the oldest factories in Deruta with a guided tour of the factory and the tour will end with guided tour of the village by the mayor of Deruta and welcome inside the city hall. CHOCOLATE TOUR: You can organize the chocolate school in a villa. CHOCOLATE TOUR WITH WINE AT THE VILLA: At the beginning of the experience, fine milk chocolate will be served, dark and various stuffed prallies will be accompanied to the white wine tasting.
