Beautiful Mezzanine Studio "Loft in the Mountains"

We welcome you to our mezzanine studio in Lélex. Our small "Loft in the mountains" is equipped with all the comforts necessary for a wonderful stay for 4 (6 maximum with children): an equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer is at your disposal, a comfortable sofa bed to watch TV, a balcony…. The residence is secured by digicode and a ski locker is at your disposal. The apartment is in a very good location with all amenities nearby. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a small residence and consists of an independent entrance (entrance hall) with a coat rack and a bench with spaces for shoes, a bathroom with bathtub (hairdryer and defroster available), separate toilets where there is a washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher), a dining area with a table, two stools and a bench (folding chairs available next to the washing machine), a living area with a sofa bed and TV, a bedroom area with a double bed (possible separation of the living room by curtains) and a mezzanine (less than 1.80 meters high) with 2 small beds and a heater. Note that the apartment has an attic at the level of the lower night space and the bathroom (above the bathtub) in addition to the mezzanine upstairs. A ski locker is available with 3 shovels and 1 sled. The residence has its own private parking. Other things to note The cleaning fee of €15 does not exempt you from doing a "Deep Clean" before your departure. They correspond to the costs of light cleaning (washing of bedding protections in particular, duvets, etc.) and the disinfection necessary in order to comply with the Covid-19 protocol. If you do not wish to clean before your departure, you will have to pay the sum of €50 directly to Valentina during the exit inventory so that she can take care of the "Deep Cleaning" for you. Please note that a security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure if everything is OK.
