This is a place with good energy, and a quiet building where I have a respectful and loving relationship to my neighbors. The place is suited for 1 or 2 people who are looking to stay in downtown Kitchener and would like to respectfully enjoy the spaciousness, brightness and uniqueness of this 2-storey loft. The space The brightness of this space will keep you in an awesome mood from the morning get-go. You will have access to -laundry w detergent -high speed wifi, -AC, -home office, -fully equipped kitchen, -TV with various entertainment subscriptions, -Remote Blinds, -underground parking -towels, shampoo, body wash -fitness equipment -mini closet Renovated in 2021, modern, minimalistic, poppy place No party, no noise, no smoking inside of unit (vaping is okay, please slide the window open). Smoking strictly outside the building Guest access Condo amenities: Gym, Pool Table, Sauna, outdoor patio with BBQ and benches Other things to note LOUD PARTIES NOT ALLOWED - It's important for me to stay respectful to my neighbors. Keep any loud noise down especially after 11pm. Huge Visitor parking lot at the back of the building and 1 underground parking.
