Max. number of people on the floor is 6. The space The property is an old Windhoek West property spruced up for a fun, happy, convenient, and safe stay. There are 3 rooms with shared amenities. When you book Trendy Space you have your own room with 2 single beds and 2 private study/reading desks. At Namasiku Residence you find a well-equipped, clean kitchen to cook your meals on an electric stove. There is an eating counter in the kitchen and a large table in the living space which leads to a grand balcony with great sunset views to the West. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, lounge, and balcony are shared spaces that are kept clean by residents with a proper cleaning by our Airbnb crew twice a week. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces in the house while the individual rooms are private and can be closed/locked by guests. Back yard is exclusive zone for another Airbnb. During your stay I live close to Namasiku Residence and I am reachable on the residents' communication group. One of the Airbnb crew members also lives in Windhoek West. Other things to note Windhoek West is busy in the day and peaceful at night. This Airbnb space is self-catering. You find some start-up t-paper but once finished you provide for yourself. For longer stays we offer a cleaning service every fortnight (14 days). Should you request more frequent cleaning service this can be done at an extra cost - N$150 for small cleaning and N$300 for full cleaning, including towels and bedding. We also provide a laundry service (wash, dry & fold) for our guests @ N$125/load. Typically same day turn-around.
