The Lake House, Solihull

The Lake House is situated in suburban Solihull, within walking distance of pubs, a range of restaurants and cafes, as well as the train station to take you to Solihull, Birmingham, & Stratford Upon Avon. We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home. The space A self contained annexe, the Lake House has a main room with double bed, wall mounted TV and electric heater and a dining/working area with two chairs. There’s a microwave, mini fridge and crockery / cutlery if you want to bring home a takeaway or heat some food up. There’s an open hanging space for your clothes and plenty of sockets for all your gadgets. Guest access We try and keep the Lake House as private as possible, and provide your own seating area outside. You’re welcome to use our garden if you want a bit of green space - but be prepared to share the garden with our dogs ! From time to time we may need to access your gated entrance, but will keep this to a minimum. Other things to note We have two dogs who are occasionally at the house. They are restricted to our garden by a fence separating them from the Lakehouse. They are very friendly and may come to say hello at the open wood fence.
