Tower 4, Wind Residences

The location is convenient since it is close to restaurants and stores such as 7-eleven, Gerry's Grill, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, and many more. There is also a bank, a massage spa, and a nail salon nearby. Note: Tower 4 is at the back area of Wind Residences. It takes 10-15 minutes walk to 7-eleven and the other stores, which are mostly in Tower 1. The space Our unit is at the 10th floor of Tower 4, Wind Residences, Tagaytay. No balcony, no Taal/lake view. We can accommodate up to 3-4 people since our unit is furnished with a bunk bed, a pull out bed, and a sofa bed. Air conditioning, electric fan, pocket wifi, microwave, refrigerator, and water heater are all provided. You can also watch YouTube and Netflix with our Smart TV (but this is sometimes unavailable when the pocket wifi connection is slow). We do have a mini chessboard and some card games though, so you can spend quality time with your friends/family. ❤️ Guest access No parking space included. There is a parking at the back of the clubhouse which is 10 mins away, walking distance, from tower 4. Rates: - 50php per hour - Car overnight- 420php - Motor overnight- 220php - SMDC Commercial Area- Free Parking 8am to 10pm You can also ask the guards or the staff at the lobby if they know of any available parking space in Tower 4. I’m sure other unit owners are having their parking space for rent. :) Other things to note REMINDERS: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING • Strictly 4 pax only, including kids and infants. Please do not book if more than 4 pax. • No changing of confirmed dates/ rebooking. • Our pocket wifi can be slow at times, which means using the Smart TV can also be affected. • For Netflix, please use your own account. But if you do not have an account, feel free to message me here. 😊 • WE DO NOT HAVE WIFI, so pls pls plssss don’t expect a fast and stable internet connection. There are always other hosts out there that can cater to you better if this is one of the things that you need. • Cooking is not allowed, but you can bring your own food and use the microwave to reheat it anytime. • Separate charges apply for swimming pool use and other amenities. Pool vouchers are required to be purchased beforehand as the admin’s office isn’t open all day. 150php per pax- regular days 300php per pax- holidays
