Resting on Cinco Bayou, YOU are the ONLY Guest

YOU are the ONLY Airbnb guests in our home. We are here, but you have your own bathroom & private space. Our home on Cinco Bayou is 3.2 mi. to the beach, 7.5 mi. to the Airport, & 9 mi. to Destin. Nice restaurants, Starbucks, & grocery store are within walking distance. You can enjoy a bagel & coffee/tea out on the dock. We can assist in your trips to the beach with beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. Other activities at our home can include rentals of kayaks & paddle boards. The space Our home is on the water but centrally located. There is a Yacht Club a few blocks away where you can rent sail boats or take some lessons in sailing. We even have a yoga instructor who has classes available for $20/hour. Guest access Limited kitchen access: toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig. We provide Panera bagels (there's a variety to choose from in our freezer) and cream cheese or butter and coffee. Most Airbnb's do not provide a full breakfast, due to limited guest interest. We have a few places we recommend for a full breakfast: both high and low prices. Panera bagels are very nice and I have perfected the art of defrosting and toasting them to close to their "fresh" state as possible. Foosball table and dartboard. Laundry privileges for a fee. During your stay If we don't have other plans, we may offer services like boat rides, tubing, or water skiing. We can offer a free lesson with kayak and paddle board rentals. Other things to note Our home is not a "party" house and guests must be verified and approved before entering. We are in our 50's; we would prefer mature, polite, cordial, and respectful adults. If you are wanting to spend ALL day in your bedroom, you might consider more fitting accommodations elsewhere. We are avid cyclers (road biking, mountain biking and tour biking.) You are welcome to join our group rides or we can advise you of where to go if you want to do it alone. Some paths are free and others require a recreational pass of $20.
