The space This is a completely private 1000sqft loft with a separate entrance at a distance from the main structure of the house. There is a full kitchen, eat in area, large den, large bedroom with two queen beds and an additional 1/2 bath downstairs(accessible from outside) with washer and dryer. There is also a private outdoor shower (3 seasons). Parking: You may park behind the garage for loading and unloading temporarily. Free parking is available 50ft away on 9th Street or Fatherland St. Russell St parking is permit only but enforcement is rare and random. Please Do not park behind the garage without discussion and permission; you may block our ability to get out and go to work . Walkable to Broadway(1.0 mile), Nissan stadium(3/4 mile), Bridgestone Arena(about 1.3miles) and the riverfront(3/4 of a mile). Five points is a block away, see the guidebook upstairs for 50+ choices, bars, food, and live music close to you. We are 7.8 miles from the airport. No smoking is allowed on the property within buildings or inside the grounds. Please use the back alley if required. Swim at your own risk and NO DIVING is allowed in pool or hot tub. The hot tub requires 30-40 minutes to heat up in winter time. The heat is turned on separate from the jets and the heat must be turned on first for it to work properly. The heat stays on for two hours at a time the Jets for 30 minutes at a time. Utilizing the hot tub heat for more than two hours at a time is not allowed as it effects the system that is integrated with the pool. Particularly during freezing weather this could result in severe damage to pool systems. Instructions with pictures are in the book at the top of the stairs. There are several gyms available within 2-3 block walk for 3-15$ a visit. Feel free to ask any questions we hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access Entry is via the rear of the property in the alley behind the house between Russell St and Fatherland street. We have electronic locks for the gate, outside and inside doors. Codes will be sent approximately 24 hours ahead of your stay. In addition to private indoor space, guests are welcome to enjoy shared outdoor grounds, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen/grill. This space is ONLY shared with my wife and I. Other things to note The property has a southwest exposure so the pool gets direct sun from 9am til 7pm during summer months. The sun deck is great in midday or the afternoon. The grill gas supply must be turned on to use and off immediately after use. Please ask for assistance if you would like to use it. We do not allow pets. Please no glass in pool area. No lifeguard on duty, swim at own risk.
