The space The Longinien, a 12 m long and 3.80 m wide Dutch shuttle includes: - 2 cabins with beds of 2 m by 1.40 m. Bed linen can be provided (paid service) Each of the cabins is equipped with cupboards. - 1 bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. -1 bathroom with sink and shower The water supply is from a specific water tank from the local distribution network. - Separate toilet -1 kitchenette with sink, 4 gas burners, fridge, dishes. The electrical equipment operates thanks to the continuous connection to the dock. A heating and air conditioning system maintains a pleasant temperature at all times. -1 relaxation/dining area of about 10 m2 with bench, folding chairs, adjustable height table that can be adapted to the use. - covered deck with a folding bimini to protect you from the sun and bad weather, or, if you choose, to fully enjoy the elements. The furniture (benches, sun loungers, height-adjustable table) will allow you to spend pleasant moments in communion with the surrounding nature, whether for relaxation or meals. - front deck ideal for sunbathing on the floor mattresses provided. Guest access The boat is moored on the Somme, below the castle, close to the campsite and the historic hydroelectric power station. Parking is available nearby. The towpath is a historic route originally used for horse-drawn boats. Very popular, it is now reserved for walkers or athletes on foot or by bicycle. The nearby marshes also offer popular places for relaxation and walking. The "maison des marais", in Longpré les corps saints 4 km away, also offers discovery/nature activities including boat rides. Long is a village that was one of the richest in France in the 19th century thanks to the extraction of peat. It persists from this wealth of buildings still visible today: the castle, the church, but also the town hall among others. The hydroelectric power plant, one of the first to be installed in France, gave Long the name of "city of light". Beyond that, Long's central position allows you to enjoy the attractions of the department (Abbevile, Amiens, Saint Valéry, Le Crotoy) in a short time.
