You will sleep on high-quality mattresses in lovingly and stylishly furnished bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor have double beds measuring 180/200 cm. A dressing room is also available in one of the bedrooms. The bedroom, which is particularly popular with our guests, faces the garden. From the bed, you can watch the hustle and bustle of the birds through the panoramic windows – from the black woodpecker to the jays and the wind blowing through the mighty deciduous trees bordering the property. The bedroom on the first floor is equipped with 2 single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have blackout curtains and a TV. The living area, which opens onto the kitchen and is furnished with carefully selected items, original works of art, and loving details, is the heart of your time together. Visually, the double-glazed fireplace in concrete design separates the dining area - with its high-quality wooden table with subtly turned table legs and the silver-colored 8 leather chairs - from the living area. This is furnished with 2 leather couches and 1 leather armchair in a light color. The living ambience is determined by selected wallpapers with partly exotic, baroque and floral motifs in contrast to plain silver and cream tones, which enliven due to their three-dimensional structuring. The sun travels with you in this house. Start your day with an extended breakfast on the sun terrace adjacent to the kitchen next to a stately beech overlooking the nearby forest. The colorful lounge chairs on the terrace convey an uplifting, invigorating impression. On the main terrace, which faces the property, the sun follows you until the later afternoon hours. The somewhat more dignified terrace furniture invites you to linger with pleasantly higher upholstered cushions. Here is a spacious grill oven, where you can also warm up at an advanced hour. During the darker months of the year, a coordinated lighting system with colorful light effects in the living and spa areas creates a captivating ambience. Your vacation kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, fridge-freezer and fully automatic coffee machine. You will dine on dishes from Villeroy & Boch, and a further variety of kitchen utensils is ready for you. For all lovers of the two-wheeler: The Usedom-Berlin cycle path leads directly through the adjacent beech forest, where it can also be quite hilly. The town center with the theater “Die Blechbüchse”, the Vineta stage, the villas of the spa architecture with their inviting restaurants and shops, the tennis court and the nearest supermarket are just 1 km away. Guest access You can park on the property. Other things to note The Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz charges tourist tax for all guests from 6 years or older depending on the season. From 11/01 to 03/31: €3.40 per day/person and from 04/01 to 10/31: €3.70 per day/person. These must be paid separately on arrival in cash. You will receive more information from us about the modalities before your arrival, as we as the landlord are obliged by the spa administration to collect this from you. Bedding covers and towels are included in the booking price: 1 x bed linen, 2 x towel and 1 x shower towel per person.
