New Modern Hilliard Townhome - Guest bedroom

Our home has a very modern feel. The property is brand new and features parking, a pool and fitness center for your use. The house features quartz counters and a large bright open concept and is heavily loaded up with smart home/ home automation systems. We maintain a very clean and clutter-free space. The Guest bedroom features a walk-in closet, queen sized bed as well as cable, internet and free streaming services. We can also accommodate your pets on a case by case basis. Please inquire. The space COVID UPDATE: Due to covid currently use of the pool is not available. When it is finally available in the coming weeks, the guest number will be very limited and in time slots that must be a reserved. Due to the complexity of this arrangement unfortunately the pool for our guest is currently not accessible. We are very tech forward. The home itself features wireless entry, security cameras, an alarm system, a climate control system, energy smart systems and a robot vacuum. The recently remodeled guest bedroom sports a Queen memory foam bed, 45” inch tv, desk space, wireless Bose speaker, access to 1GBPS internet, landline, cable, streaming services as well as snacks, stationery, and toiletries. We provide fresh towels and linens. there is plenty of closet and drawer space for your use as well as a hamper and full-length mirror. We do spend some of our time upstairs in the office as we are both full time students and business owners. We have 2 dogs that are termanilly nice, they are very sweet and get very excited for new friends. They do live here full time as well. We are pet-friendly on a case by case basis and have had plenty of furry travelers stay with us. Please message us for specifics. Pets do carry and additional non-refundable fee. This bedroom only contains 1 queen bed. There could be room for a full size air mattress if you wanted to have a third, or we have an office next door to the room the has a film size sofa bed ass well as tv, cable, and streaming services. This can be done on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Please message if you need to explore this option. We would provide the linens and pillows. Please keep in mind that we live here full time so there will be times that you hear us existing in the house. Guest access As a guest of the house, you will have access to the common areas (kitchen and porches) and their features, as well as the in-suite laundry, community pool, and fitness center, 1GBPS internet, full cable line-up. landline, fax service, streaming and movie service. We ask that the living room be kept as a personal space for us. The kitchen can be used by Guest but all cleaning and dishes are the responsibility of the guest to clean upon completion of use. During your stay My partner live here full time, but also work full time. We will mostly be home when not working and are available via text if not home. Both of us have social anxiety, therefore we choose to try and limit our interaction with guest during there stay. We are available should anything come up, but won’t be directly social. Other things to note Please note that you are responsible for your own laundry supplies. Trips longer than 2 weeks will be assessed a $25 weekly cleaning fee. Friends are not permitted to the house nor is giving our your door code to guest.
