Next to the sea & Stockholm. House with own garden

In idyllic Vikingshill with lush gardens, costal bays and swimming lakes, you find our snug house 20 km from Stockholm City. You will find nature reserves nearby. The area is quiet and peaceful. The house was built 2018. In the house you will be between two different bays. From the house it is only 100 meters to the sea. Enjoy!! The space The house has an open floor plan of about 25 sqm + a sleeping loft. On the lower level, there is a bunk bed, a toilet with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with armchairs and a small dining table. The upper level is accessed via a steeper staircase, where the double bed is located. There is no standing height up here. The terrace around the house is magnificent. Open the doors from the living room to create an additional large room – a pergola with a roof! Here, you will find a large dining table and a grill. The staircase from the terrace leads down to the house's parking area. You live in privacy with your own plot of land and private parking. Guest access The house can be reached in three ways. If you have a car you have a parking lot by the house. If you don’t have a car you can take the commuter ferry from downtown Stockholm (by Grand Hotel opposite the royal castle). It’s a 30-minute beautiful boat ride through the archipelago. Once you arrive it’s a 15-minutes walk to the house. The commuter ferry is also perfect for day trips to Stockholm once your have settled in. It let’s you enjoy the city while staying in the archipelago. The nearest pier is called Riset. The third way is to take the commuter bus from Slussen (link to the subway). It´s a 40 minutes trip and a 3-minutes walk to the house. 3 km from the house you have a shopping mall in Orminge with pharmacy, grocery and "Systembolaget" where you can buy wine & beer.
