Villa in Alcalá de Guadaira, 15 minutes from Seville. 1000 m2 plot, 210 m2 built. Newly renovated rural holiday house. The entire house is on the ground floor without architectural barriers, on the upper floor there is only the home office and the gym. Ideal as a base of operations to get to know Andalusia. Campo de los Pinos / Oromana is a quiet area of family chalets. On our same street there is a huge Aldi supermarket. In the street above the Campo de las Beatas neighborhood begins, with all the small shops and public transport to go to the center of Alcalá de Guadaira, a town of 80,000 inhabitants that stands out for its large Moorish castle and its beautiful Oromana park on the banks of the Guadaira river. Precisely in the large hotel in this park, the Spanish soccer team has stayed for decades to play their official matches in Seville. Other things to note – The pool measures 8 x 4 meters, a constant depth of 1.4 m (ideal for water games) and is ready all year. The water is at outside temperature (not heated). Both the pool and the bathing area are private and not visible from the outside or from neighboring houses. – The house includes all the necessary equipment for kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool... It is not necessary to bring sheets, towels or anything like that. – The guests receive a complete house guide / home book with tourist and gastronomic tips for Alcalá, Seville city and Western Andalusia. – We recommend our guests without a rental car to use Uber or Cabify apps (rental vehicle with driver). These companies offer a very good service in the metropolitan area of Seville. The cost of a Seville-Alcala trip is approximately 20 euros. Another option is to take a taxi or Uber to the Olavide metro station, halfway between Alcala and Seville, and take the metro here to access the center of Seville. – Three times a week, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., a maintenance person enters the exterior of the house, who performs the tasks of caring for the pool and garden.
