The Villa of the South

Come and enjoy the South in our charming house. Located in a new subdivision in the town of Gigean. The villa of 97m ² exposed full south, thanks to its two bay windows you will enjoy the sun all year! It is our main residence where you can find some personal belongings at your disposal. Our house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children, i.e. 8 people in total. The space In the summer, you can cool off in our above ground pool, which is safe for children thanks to its height of 1.5m and its retractable ladder. A large terrace as well as a barbecue is at your disposal to eat outside with friends or family. You can enjoy our outdoor living room during your summer aperitifs. A small vegetable garden will seduce the greediness of young and old during your stay. A playground with slide, swing, hut and other games will keep your children busy. A secure private parking space for your car is available on the property. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room, you will have all the necessary utensils to delight your guests. In the living room you can enjoy a comfortable double sofa bed to watch TV or spend a pleasant night. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, dressing room, desk and the second has a sofa bed. A cot and a child's bed are available. A large bathroom will seduce you with bath, toilet and 2 basins. The villa is equipped with an Orange fibre internet connection, you can connect to it using the Wifi accessible throughout the house. Guest access It is possible to park 1 vehicle on the site. Free parking is available on the street.
