Downstairs, you’ll find a convenient WC, while upstairs offers two double bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Pets are very welcome, making this an ideal home for couples, families, and those travelling with furry companions. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect.
