Enjoy our beautiful 180 m² Normandy house, completely renovated, with family or friends. Perfect in summer and winter (fireplace and stove) Everything is there for you to have a good time: table tennis, soccer goals, petanque, pool table, foosball, arcade games, trampoline and lots of board games. Ideally located 5 minutes from the A13, while being in a quiet area. 10 min from Pont l'Evèque, Beaumont-en-Auge, Bonnebosc. 20 minutes from Deauville/Villers/Houlgate. The space Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Valerie who takes care of our home in our absence. She will have taken care to prepare the house with care (the cleaning and beds are made, towels will be arranged in your rooms and the house will be heated). The basics will also be provided (toilet paper, condiments, LV tablets, coffee, tea) Valerie will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have. We love our home and hosting you is a pleasure, we hope you will take great care of it! Our house is 180 m2 and it is surrounded by a garden of about 5000 m2 and in the extension we have 1 meadow of 1 ha with 2 paddocks and 3 boxes. We are nature and animal lovers. The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - An entrance - A bow window with a pool table and a foosball table, a small summer living room and a pellet stove - A large living room with a lounge and a fireplace, a large farm table that seats 10 - A fully equipped kitchen with dining area - A separate toilet - A shower room/Laundry room/Dressing room Upstairs: - A master bedroom (25 m2) with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a terrace to admire the Normandy countryside - A bedroom (15 m2) with a 160 cm bed and small dressing room - A dormitory room with 1 bunk bed, and 3 single beds. All bedding is new. - A bathroom with a large bathtub, shower, double sink and toilet - A hallway with a small office The house has just been completely renovated, so you will have all the comfort and charm of a beautiful Norman house. Guest access Parking is available near the house and you can park up to 4 cars. Other things to note 1/ We can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults as the bunk bed is suitable for children 2/ The pellet stove The stove will be filled with pellets upon arrival. It allows you to use it for 2 days. If you consume more, you can ask Valerie to provide you with an additional bag.
