Quiet & clean studio, located at the side of the house with separate entrance. it is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. convenient location close to mexican border, shopping stores at calexico downtown, grocery stores all within 5 minutes drive It is a very cozy place, with everything you need to stay comfortable. you will feel like you are at home. It is a very quiet area, so you will get full rest when you need it. the access to the studio is at the left hand side of the house, by the corridor. you will see the door entrance before the fence. I will not be available in person, but there are 2 persons living there that will help you if needed, at the front door, and at the back of the house just call her by the fence and Alma will come. but most of the time I do prefer you comunicate with me first and I will help you. unless is about the key or something urgent. It is a very Quiet neighborhood, and stores are near by, you can go waling downtown is on 2nd street, a few blocks down. and the border is also 7 blocks away. it is close to bus stop which is on encinas ave 2 block to the east and also on Heber ave 1 block to the west. it is a Pet-Friendly place
