Carl 7 - quiet, charming, private

The 2-room apartment is located on the upper floor of a large single-family house - very quiet in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Worpswede. You can hike for miles along a path into the Teufelsmoor and will hardly meet people. And it's not far to the village. In the house behind is also my practice for coaching. But you don't notice anything in the front, i.e. in the apartment. I travel a lot, but I am always available on my cell phone. The space The apartment is intended for 2 people (also with toddler). If visitors come, there is a sofa bed. Bedroom and living room are connected with an open passage. The apartment can be reached via a steep but non-slip staircase. Pets can come on request - cats, horses and squirrels unfortunately not (said Bobi). The key is handed over contactlessly via a box next to the mailbox. I'll send the code on the day of arrival. I have been to many other apartments and have therefore deliberately not stuffed Carl 7 with my old discarded stuff in the cabinets or purchased a hundred electrical appliances. So, for example, there is no toaster, no TV, but a Senseo coffee maker (also with refillable coffee pads) and a Bodum press. In Carl 7 you will find: Free Wi-Fi (Bobinetz), bed linen, table linen, hand and kitchen towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, books about Worpswede, books to browse (feel free to take them with you afterwards if you haven't finished reading them), information material about the Teufelsmoor, hiking and cycling maps... Living room - additional sofa bed to fold out Kitchen - ceramic hob, oven - fridge with 3-star freezer compartment - Round dining table - DAB+ radio (CD, MP3, USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth,...) Bedrooms - Box spring bed (1.80 cm) - Closets with plenty of storage space + dresser Bathroom - Daylight - Bathtub with shower option - Hair dryer One more thing to note: The municipality of Worpswede plans to introduce a "guest contribution" from January 2025 - €2.40 per person per night. Payment works via a website, an app or in the tourist office. You will receive information from me beforehand. Guest access The house is on a quiet side street and cul-de-sac with nice, quiet neighbors. You can park very well on the street. Other things to note The Teufelsmoor offers unimagined possibilities: hiking, cycling, paddling, swimming, riding the Moorexpress, ..... and Worpswede with the galleries, museums, Kunsthalle anyway.
