Perfectly secluded yet in close reach of local amenities and the incredible Kent coastline. Sandwich, Deal, Margate, Whitstable, Broadstairs and Canterbury all close by. The space Great Knell Cabin is a fully equipped home with everything you need so that your time here is totally relaxing and stress-free. Two bedroom, two bathroom cabin with your own tennis court, cinema room, treehouse and on-site pub with BBQ and fire pit. Airy and spacious yet super cosy, filled with eclectic art, plenty of lamps, rugs and candles for a comfortable, restful and chilled out trip. WiFi is fast and reliable. Please note: Although The Cabin is completely private it is set in the grounds of Great Knell Farmhouse which is where our family lives with a very friendly boxer dog called Polly. This means that the cabin is NOT suited for parties. Sorry! *** The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 but an additional sofa bed for one or two people can be arranged on special request at an additional charge of £25 per person per night *** The Kitchen & Dining Fully equipped open plan kitchen with every kitchen utensil you could imagine, perfect for entertaining and cooking up a feast. Full size fridge freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave. Kettle, toaster, nespresso machine and milk frother. Nutribullet, blender and a food processor. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, bowls and cutlery. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and other cooking basics for your use. Farmhouse dining table seating 6 and breakfast bar. Folding sliding doors open out onto the garden so you can dine in the kitchen and look out onto the stunning garden and fields. There is another farmhouse table on the veranda for the warmer months. Living Room A cosy space to relax. Two super comfy sofas with an electric fire. A Samsung flat screen TV with satellite and Netflix and Sony sound bar. A library wall of books for your perusal and we have plenty of board games available on request. Cinema Room Cinema screen with projector. DVD, Netflix and Satellite TV. Huge comfy sofa can also be turned into sofa bed for two additional guests. Garden Bedroom Main bedroom with super comfortable King size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets with soft duvet and plenty of soft cushions looking out onto double french doors onto the garden. Full size wardrobe and chest of drawers for your use. En-suite Shower Wet Room. Field Bedroom & Study Room Second bedroom with view of fields. Twin single beds, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for your use. Big Bathroom Bath and Wet Room. Tree House Cosy secluded tree house 20 meters from the cabin with desk, lamp and power socket, perfect for escaping to read, write or draw. Tennis Court Full size tennis court for your exclusive use. Lobster tennis ball machine so you can practice on your own like a pro. Tennis racquets available to borrow. The Rose and Hound Pub, BBQ and Fire Pit On-site pub fully equipped with bar utensils, lights and sound system. Honesty bar or BYO booze. Large covered charcoal BBQ with seating. Fire pit with log store under twinkly fairy light canopy. *** PLEASE NOTE: there is a £25 charge for the pub, fire-pit and BBQ to cover the cost of set up and fire wood etc. Payable by cash or bank transfer *** The Field Great Knell Cabin looks out onto our large field which is perfect for walking dogs and with stunning sunsets. Laundry Please note that there are no laundry facilities inside the Cabin but we do have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the Farmhouse. We can organise to do a little bit of laundry if needed.
