The home is in a secluded but easily accessible area on a 2+ acre parcel of mixed sunny open and wooded land. A great weekend getaway from New York City or Philadelphia - 69 miles from NYC. The house features 1 queen size bed in private bedroom. Full-size kitchen appliances, washer+dryer, and driveway for parking available. There is a private outdoor patio / deck with table and chairs as well as a small private porch/deck attached to the house. Guest access You may use the entire private house: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and use the washer and dryer in the basement of the house (W/D accessed via outdoor stairway). Feel free to walk around near the house and use the outdoor deck / patio area.
