My place is close to The Beach. Restaurants. Shops. Go-Cart Rides and Miniature Golf., St. Andrews State Park.. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy beds, the coziness.. My place is good for couples, families (with kids). 4 houses from the Sugar sand beach. Guests must agree to a few simple house rules in writing to me. This cottage is Not Pet Friendly. Just so you know that this house is an older house. Built in the 1960’s. It has survived many hurricanes. Solid block The space This beach house/cottage is comfortable, cozy and simple. It is NOT fancy and it is NOT The Hilton. If you are looking to be close to the beach and some fun things to do nearby and some time just relaxin on the front porch reading a book or having a cold one, Then this is the place for you. This cottage does not have a washer and dryer. There is a Coin Laundry right down the street for your convenience.
