The forest cottage is well equipped with the necessary things (heating, towels, speakers, Wi-Fi, oil, vinegar, spices, barbecue cutlery... magazines, badminton, yoga mat). Our guests cite the Hollywood swing as a favorite place to read. A fireplace in the house and a covered barbecue area complete romantic evenings. A large garden with various seating areas invites you to relax on a very large property. Supermarket in Motzen, 3 kilometers away, with bakery, post office and tourist information. The nearest larger lake is Motzener Badesee, which is 4 km away. There you will find sunbathing beaches, gastronomy overlooking magnificent sunsets. By the way, Lake Motzener is one of the cleanest lakes in Brandenburg. There are also several quiet swimming lakes in the area. Hiking trails pass right in front of the property. Guest access The cottage is located in a recreational area and borders directly on a small nature reserve. A hiking trail leads directly past. The large, elongated property, 1700 square meters, is partially forested. There are various meadows, seating and lounging areas (sun and shade) and it is completely fenced. There is a parking space on the property. Parking is also possible in front of the property. The designated recreational area consists of a loose settlement of predominantly weekend houses and borders directly on the silted Töpchiner lakes, which are designated as a nature reserve (Europaweg). Other things to note The small cottage has a conservatory, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom with a bed 1.40 m wide. A fireplace and heating provide coziness. All rooms are on one level (42 sqm), bathroom and entrance are accessible via a small step. The vacation home is not suitable for children. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers are available inside the house. We want an ecologically sensible use of energy. Guests seeking peace and relaxation are very welcome. We ask for respectful and orderly handling of the house and garden. The house is in a forest and lake area, which is why mosquitoes and snails are to be expected periodically. Squirrels, cranes and hedgehogs are at home here. The groundwater is ferrous.
