Cozy 2-storey villa with its own saltwater pool and circulation for light warming. The pool is used between April and October, there is a comfortable decking around it. The Jacuzzi works all year round, water temperature around 40 degrees. A vast yard with cherry trees and greenery. There's a barbecue. The place is secluded, there's a forest around. There's a store in the village for the most necessary things. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with wonderful drinking water from the mountain. The space The villa has an internal layout as follows: 1st floor - kitchen with dining table, living room with TV, coffee table and sofa for about 5 people (can also be used for sleeping); 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms, each with cable TV and a bedroom. One bedroom is 200/220, the other 160/200. In addition to the bedrooms, on the second floor there is a small cozy library/reading corner, and a terrace with a table and chairs and a panoramic view of the forest. Guest access The place is only accessible by car. The nearest railway station is about 5 km away, and the town of Kyustendil is about 12 km away. There's a parking lot in the yard. Other things to note The place is secluded, suitable for a holiday in nature. It is good to have the necessary products for the stay. There is 1 shopping store in the village, located about 500 meters from the house. The water in the villa is from a well. There's a mountain spring nearby with a drinking fountain.
