Welcome to Casa de Jake, a hikers dream , with views of Lake Chapala & the mountains. Nestled at the base of one of Ajijic’s many mountains. In fact, the hiking trail starts two feet from the front gate. The casa is unique as it is an open concept, newly renovated & modernized, with a touch of Mexican decor. On the property is a solar heated private pool along with private parking. The space The casa itself is a modern convenient roomy comfortable 1 bedroom open concept space with a king size bed. For your entertainment enjoyment there is a 65” smart HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime & Spotify (bring your passwords). Fibre optic WiFi. State of the art soundbar & subwoofer & Sonos Bluetooth speaker. Filtered water system but not recommended to drink. Bring your own bottled water. The patio has actually been built around a large palm tree. Located on the patio is a gas fed BBQ. The garden has several fledgling fruit trees & various other colourful plants & planters with beautiful solar lighting. Small dog allowed.
