Just 5 minutes from the beach, this charming apartment is nestled in an old and iconic 19th century fisherman's house, in the heart of the unique and artistic Cabanyal neighborhood, in the city of Valencia. It consists of 35 meters + a 6 m2 terrace, a double bedroom and a sofa, for a maximum of 2 people. 140x200 bed. Perfectly connected to both the city center (bus stop to Plaza Ayuntamiento) and the airport (direct metro stop). The space The apartment is about 35 meters, on the ground floor, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's ideal for couples, as there's only one double bed. The living room has a 32-inch Smart TV, a switchboard that controls the air conditioning in the house, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a table for 4 and a sofa bed where 2 more people can sleep. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, has an oven, mini-fridge with freezer, coffee maker with capsules and basic cooking utensils (pot, pan, salad bowl, kettle, drainer and dishes and cutlery for 4). The bedroom is 12 meters and has a 140X200 cm bed with drawers to store clothes, a small wall closet and a portable closet to hang dresses and leave more clothes. The bathroom is 4.5 meters and comes with towels according to guests, soap bar, a couple of rolls of toilet paper and washing machine for long stays. Finally, the terrace is about 6 meters, has a clothesline for clothes and a table with 2 wooden chairs. Guest access Parking is free in the surrounding area and it is easy to park, except on weekend nights and Wednesdays. On Thursday mornings there is a neighborhood market from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, so you have to be careful not to park in the areas intended for vendors. In the building's entrance hall we have a small guide to everything in the house's surroundings (supermarkets, laundromats, taverns and entertainment venues) Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: NO PARTIES OR CELEBRATIONS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT THAT MAY GENERATE NOISE OR DISTURBANCE TO THE NEIGHBORS. Especially after 10 PM, it is strictly forbidden to make noise or play loud music. In the event of a complaint or report by a neighbor, we will be forced to deactivate the electronic keys and end the stay. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The nightly rate changes based on the number of guests staying in the apartment. This number must be specified during the booking process. In case of receiving guests without previously communicating it to the property, we will be forced to deactivate the electronic keys to access the apartment until the tenant pays the difference. As we have already specified, the apartment is ideal for couples, due to its size and its conformation with only one double bed.
