Located at the back of a farmhouse on the ground floor in a charming village 5 minutes from Issoudun, 30-35 minutes from Châteauroux and Bourges. - Free and easy parking in a private car park. - Private terrace not overlooked - Swimming pool & spa for even more relaxation (extra charge from May to September) Milène and Benjamin will be at your disposal to make your stay a pleasant one! The space Come and enjoy this 30m² studio and its private terrace, ideal for a stay in Berry, 5 minutes from Issoudun, close to Châteauroux, Bourges or Valençay castle. The accommodation has a living room that serves as a bedroom with its quality sofa bed that will ensure you a comfortable and pleasant night. The kitchen area overlooking the private terrace will offer you everything you need if you want to cook. The kitchen is equipped with a Tassimo coffee machine (two coffee capsules and teas available), a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and kitchen utensils. To relax in your living area, you will have a 124 cm Smart TV, you will find at your disposal free video and Molotov. Your accommodation also has a pleasant private terrace not overlooked with outdoor furniture. Enjoy the spa area and heated and salt-treated pool without extra hours from May to September. (€40/day for the spa + pool or €30/day for the pool or spa). When taking this option, this space is 100% private. However, there is a direct view because this space is located in our garden. The complete renovation of this studio as well as the small touches of Benjamin and Milène, your hosts, will make you have a great stay. Guest access The studio has a parking space in a private courtyard 50 m from the studio. Other things to note It is important to respect the premises and the neighborhood, the cleanliness of the establishment is essential on your arrival as well as on your departure, sound discretion is important to avoid complaints from nearby houses. Please indicate when booking your wish to access this space in order to heat the facilities.
