The space Welcome to this 30m2 nature-themed studio, set in a quiet environment at the back of a longhouse, in a charming village 5 minutes from Issoudun. The accommodation is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests, whether you come to rest, work remotely or discover the Berry and its many tourist places (Château de Valençay, Beauval, Bourges, ...) You enjoy a private terrace without vis-à-vis, free parking on private parking, self check-in by lockbox, wifi, a dedicated workspace and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped for short stays: microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine and everything you need to cook. Sleeping is in a quality sofa bed, intended for a comfortable night for two. The studio offers a peaceful, clean and functional atmosphere, particularly appreciated for short stays and relaxing getaways. From May to September, you can book additional access to the salt-heated pool and hot tub. This space is privatized when booking the option (€40 for the spa + pool or €30 for access to the spa or pool), for a real moment of relaxation. The accommodation is located near Issoudun, and remains convenient to reach Châteauroux, Bourges or the Château de Valençay. Note before booking: the pool and spa are offered at extra cost and in season, and the wellness area is located in the hosts' garden, with a direct opposite to this place. The accommodation is for 2 people only, without pets or parties/events. Included: bath towels, bed made upon arrival, and a few pods / tea included.
