You will share the Townhouse with your hostess. Included are coffee and fruit. Just steps to both the ocean and the bay! Bus on 1 adjacent street. New remodel inside and out. Refrigerator & microwave in room. There are 2 markets, 3 mexican eateries, 1 barbecue eatery, 1 Italian restaurant, 1 greek and 2 fish taco bar and grills ACROSS THE STREET. There is a Starbucks 50 feet from the home. Mizu Sushi Restaurant is 29 steps away. The space This is a 2 story Townhome. There is a flight of stairs to get to the front door. The bedrooms are located upstairs, so be prepared for a hike. The Hostess lives in the smaller bedroom. The guest (maximum 2 adults) live in the Master Bedroom and Bathroom. The Master bedroom has a refrigerator and microwave and small table. Guest access Parking is busy in the summer at the beach. There is some overnight parking available on the main street coming into the beach, W. Mission Bay Drive. There is also up to 3 continuous night parking at the public lot on the East side of the Bahia Hotel next door, CALLED VENTURA COVE. If guest wishes, I offer my carport space under the Townhouse at $20/night. There is a bus stop 100 yards from the property. Lots of traffic coming into the bay during the summer months. Plenty of street and public parking during the winter months. Other things to note I work at my desk adjacent to the living room most days. You share the main entry door with me and go up a set of stairs to reach you suite. The airport is very close to this location.
