The space Our Sweet Suite is the perfect size for 1-2 travelers. We are also just a few short minutes walking distance from bus routes that will take you to the PSU campus, downtown State College, and up to Beaver Stadium. Other things to note ***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*** - The Sweet Suite requires you to go down a flight of outdoor steps to enter the apartment. - We live upstairs and work remotely from home. While there are multiple barriers for sound, if you are extremely sensitive to noise this may not be the right stay for you. Relatedly, we ask that you respect our 10 pm quiet hours and that no parties are hosted during your stay. - Please note that the suite is a basement apartment, as such, the bathroom shower has lower ceilings, making for a slightly tighter fit for those over 6 ft tall. - Doug, our dog, lives on premises and you may see him outside from time to time during your stay. He is very friendly, but if you have a fear of dogs let us know and we will make every attempt to ensure you don’t see him while you are our guest. - 2 guests are included in the listing price, should you wish to bring 1-2 additional guests please reach out to us for approval. You will need to furnish your own air mattress or additional accommodations.
