Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space The house is fully equipped and is located in the heart of El Cabanyal, the old seaside neighborhood of Valencia, 5 blocks from the beach. Comfortable and quiet. The street is pedestrianized, there is easy parking, it is close to the area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and it is well connected by public transport. It is for two people at most, as there is only one double bed. Guest access There is a terrace with a sofa and another terrace that overlooks the inner courtyard. It is a sidewalk with plants, and we usually also use it as a laundry room.
