WEEKEND SPECIAL + LOW NIGHTLY RATE - Choose Anna’s Place and you will enjoy easy access to everything from the ARK Encounter to the Cincinnati Zoo. Our guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex which includes 2 bedrooms upstairs in addition to the full bath. The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, 1/2 bath and access to the balcony. The washer and dryer are located in the walk-out basement. Be sure to read our awesome reviews! The space Anna's Place has been furnished with brand new beds, mattresses, linens, bath accessories, kitchen supplies, and other accommodations for your use. Just minutes from Interstate 75, guests have easy access to the ARK (about 10 minutes and you can be in the parking lot!), Starbucks, Walmart, antique shopping, and many different restaurants. We are conveniently located about half-way between Lexington and Cincinnati. Guest access There are 2 free parking spaces in the front of Anna's Place for your convenience. Other things to note There is a nice lake located behind the duplex. It has a great walking path that goes around the lake as well as access to a park. Fishing is available - remember you would need a KY fishing license. This home is one side (the right side) of a 2-family duplex.
