Guest access Being on a central location, know you can walk around to a close by beach, restaurants, the Convention Center and the Distrito T-Mobile. But if you prefer to drive, many sites like Old San Juan are just a few minutes away on Uber or car rental. • Careful with street parking regulations in Old San Juan as they give high fines. Other things to note •CONSIDERATION- Please remember to treat our home and neighbors with respect as it was your own so you cannot take the party to the Condominium. In the event that the residents complain of loud noises at night a fine will be charged (as stated in House Rules). We expected from our guests to follow all House Rules.
