If you would like access to the pool house (4th bedroom) which has a bedroom and bathroom, please message us to arrange access. You will truly feel relaxed & like you've been situated in your own personal "nest" when you book here with us! The space This mid-century modern post & beam house is at the top of a hill in a quiet neighborhood with mountain and city views from all rooms. This is a property for the vintage & architecture enthusiast with restored original finishes. Though the kitchen has modern appliances, the design & amenities of the home feel like you stepped back into the 1960s. We are on the border of the Eagle Rock & Highland Park neighborhoods, and just a 15-minute drive to downtown LA or 10 minutes to the Rose Bowl! Other things to note Outdoor Security cameras: -Doorbell camera -front gate and driveway -front steps and porch ** SEASONAL: The pool is not normally heated, but during the winter months (Oct/Nov - March/April roughly) the pool can be heated for an additional daily fee. Please inquire before booking or at time of booking for current pricing if pool heating is something you think you may want. Because of the difficulty monitoring what days the pool is or isn't heated by guests, this pool heating fee would have to apply to the ENTIRETY of your stay, or for the remainder of your stay from whenever pool heating is turned on, instead of just specific days. There are some other stipulations regarding pool heating, but should you be interested in booking this property & interested in heating the pool, please reach out about it so we can give you all the details and so you can see if everything works for you.
