Beautiful detached house in rural surroundings

Welcome to Lilledrange Gard. Great older detached house with stunning views of the water, in quiet surroundings. The house is undisturbed, spacious and with a fantastic tranquility and proximity to nature. There are 5 bedrooms with room for 11 people, large living room, dining room, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and good parking space for several cars. The home has a large sun-facing terrace as well as a larger outdoor area with seating. Immediate proximity to Selura which is a popular swimming and fishing lake The space The detached house is from 1969 and has received a good deal of renovation and modernization in the last year with a view to renting. The house is fully furnished and there is TV and wifi. All beds are made with duvets and pillows as well as towels and cloths for shower and sink so you do not need to bring this. The kitchen is equipped with what is needed of cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls, pots, yes everything that is needed to cook and thrive during the stay. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, and of course a fridge and dishwasher. The house is used all year round as a holiday home and can be rented all year round. Right outside the house there are lovely hiking areas. Some nice and quiet and others are probably a little more challenging. Swimming and fishing waters with trout and Arctic char right outside the door. The properties are located close to the city center but still rural and very quiet. The space Close to Norway's most pleasant small town, which among other things has been named Norway's best town for motorhomes, so there should be enough to do here as a guest. Flekkefjord is also known for its old and venerable railway, Flekkefjordsbanen. Here you can rent a handcar to really get a unique experience and activity for families and friends.
