(We do not replace) The space Our Flat is a 50 sq. meter duplex, located on the third floor, with a gourmet balcony, an integrated living room and kitchen, a large bedroom with a king-size bed with two auxiliary beds - on the first floor (we have bedding - consisting of: pillowcases, fitted sheet and non-fitted sheet - and towels - WE DO NOT REPLACE). In the living room there is a double sofa bed. It offers free parking. Very airy and with a nice gourmet balcony overlooking the pool. Fully equipped with all home infrastructure, such as an iron, two-burner gas stove, 47L electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and other accessories (dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, set of pots (roasters, couscous pot, pots, milk pan, cake pan and platters). Amenities: Swimming pool, sauna, tennis and soccer court, recreation, game room, playground, gym, restaurant, bar with pool service, beach and flat. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, pillows, bath towels and bed linens are provided. Failure to respect the check-out time will result in a fine of R$150.00, to be paid at check-out. Check-in and check-out times may be made more flexible upon prior consultation and subsequent authorization from the host. * Glass is prohibited in all pool areas (bottles, plates, bowls and glasses). Failure to comply will result in a fine of R$150.00 per notification. * WARNING: if the key/card is lost, an extra fee of R$50.00 will be charged. * No smoking. * Trash must be collected and removed from the apartment at the time of checkout, and it is not allowed to leave it in front of the apartment.
