Out front are views of the valley, a corner of the Okanagan lake, and a giant rock cliff that attracts wildlife, behind the house there are free range cattle. The Grey Canal Trail that overlooks the Okanagan Lake is directly behind the house. The trail to the right leads to a beautiful lookout over the entire city. You’ll see stairs to hike up to it. An open concept kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings when you walk in the door. The master bedroom with ensuite, bidet, walk in shower and king bed on the main floor, with another half bath and laundry. Upstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds with a full bath with soaker tub in between. Each and every bedroom has a smart TV and blackout curtains. On the deck is a hot tub and lounge furniture. On the patio is covered seating with a view. All windows are tinted with solar silver for your privacy during the day. Guest access This house is all about great views and relaxation. There’s a gorgeous deck to enjoy the serenity of the outdoors. A covered patio with views of the valleys. A fire pit to enjoy the late evenings sharing stories with your friends. Soak in the hot tub after a fun day at Silver Star Ski Resort located only a half hour away. Or take a nice walk/bike ride on the Grey Canal Trail conveniently located directly behind the house. Your oasis awaits. The lower level of the house has a walkout basement suite that Is occasionally occupied. Nothing is shared. They have their own parking away from yours, with a path that leads directly to their suite, and they do not share the yard firepit or the hot tub. There is no access to the suite from inside the house as it’s completely separated. The guest suite can be added to your booking, pending availability to increase guest count from 6 to 8 for an additional fee. It has a full kitchen, beautiful bathroom, king size bed. Fire pit is unavailable during the hot summer months (July and August) as there’s usually a fire ban or fire risk in the area.
