Monte Nido Retreat, minutes to Malibu/Pepperdine

Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise. The space This is a upscale and impeccably clean studio guesthouse. We have a Breville coffeemaker with pods. Kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal and eat on the patio or deck. You should be prepared for wildlife sighting when you walk around the neighborhood. Our linen is organic. We have WiFi and cable. There is a lot of original art pieces in the guest house including the bathroom vanity. We made this space to be as inviting and beautiful as we could. Other things to note We are close to the beach as well as Calabasas/Agoura. This is a perfect place to relax after a busy day or a great place just to hang out. We have a million dollar view in a very peaceful setting. If you are visiting Pepperdine we are about 5 miles inland and much more reasonable than Malibu hotel prices.
