Fully-equipped 1 Bedroom apartment for monthly rental located in central Barcelona. The space SEASONAL RENTAL (EXCLUSIVE USE FOR HOLIDAYS/LEISURE): According to local regulations, this apartment is only available for rentals of more than 32 days for leisure, holiday, recreational or cultural purposes, and provided that the corresponding documentation proving such purpose is provided. Rentals for work, study, medical care or other similar reasons are not accepted. Registration at the apartment's address is also not permitted.Monthly rental apartment located in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona, a few steps away from the Cathedral. The location is perfect to enjoy the Barcelona atmosphere as it is located in the center of the old town and surrounded by the coolest shops and bars. The apartment is fully equipped with A/C and Wifi. The living room has a large dining table with comfortable chairs, sofa, TV and a american kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, washer-dryer, dishwasher as well as all kinds of utensils. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom inside. This accommodation in Barcelona is located on a first floor without elevator. It features free wifi. The apartment is located in the best area of the Gothic quarter, next to the Barcelona Cathedral, Portal del Ángel and Plaza Catalunya. You will be strategically located near Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia and the Barceloneta beaches. Fashionable neighborhoods such as El Raval and El Born, where you will enjoy the best shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away. The offer of public transportation is unbeatable. You will be a few steps away from the Cercanías / Rodalies and FFGG (Ferrocarriles) de Catalunya train stops and also from the Catalunya (L1 and L3), Urquinaona (L1 and L4) and Jaume I (L4) metro stations. Add to this the many day and nocturnal buses. Without a doubt the best communicated area of the city. Nightly rest of the neighbors must be strictly respected by all our guests. Accordingly, hosting parties at the apartment is not allowed, and quiet time is set everyday at 10pm both inside the apartment and at the common areas. Every guest binds themselves to be extremely respectful and polite with the dwellers of the building and guests from other apartments. Respect towards neighbors is a very delicate issue and we are absolutely strict in this matter. The property manager keeps the right to charge the full security deposit or even the right to evict guests immediately upon claims from neighbors. In that case, neither the prepaid rent nor the damage deposit will be refunded. In case a complaint is made to the police involving any of the guests for annoyances or harassments caused to other neighbors of the building, the tenant must indemnify the host for a value of 5,000 euros. Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden and pets are not allowed unless specific permission granted by the property manager. Two sets of keys of the apartment are provided. Keys will be returned in mint condition on the day of departure. Whenever you leave the apartment please make sure you carry your keys along with you. Also, be very careful not to leave keys in the keyhole on the inside of the door, otherwise you will NOT be able to open the door when you return to the apartment. Please note that if you lock yourself out of the apartment you will be charged a fee ranging between 60 and 300 euros. Damage or loss of keys will entail an additional charge of 60 euros. Other things to note CHECK-IN: From 4PM. We will check-in you at the apartment so we will need all your arrival details in advance to organize it. Please note that if you need a late check-in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: From 20H to 23H: +€30 and from 23H to 2AM: +€50 CHECK-OUT: Until 11AM. Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts. CONTRACT AND GUESTS REGISTRATION: We will sign a seasonal contract before your arrival and justify the pourpose of the stay. We will as you the passports or ID's (EU) of all visiting guests. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Deposit amount depends on the length of your stay:Stay of 1 to 2 months: 50% of the monthly rent, stay of 2 to 5 months: 1 months rent and stay of 5+ months: 2 months rent. You will have to pay it during or before at the check-in and we will refund at the most 1 month after your departure. UTILITIES: Water and electricity are included up to €150/month. Anything over this is payable by the guest consumption. The excess will be deducted from your deposit or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, at the end of your stay. CODE OF CONDUCT: the host reserves the right to take required action, including a fee up to 300 euros, if any of the below rules are not respected:No extra guests allowed, Respect the neighbours, No smoking in the Property neither common áreas, No parties or events allowed, No noise after 10 pm, No pets allowed.
