Hardwood floors through most of the house. An easy to use kitchen and dining area. TVs in all the rooms. - Fast Wifi - TV's in each bedroom and living room - Sling (similar to cable tv) and Netflix - Nest thermostat with central AC and heat - Ceiling fans - Kitchen with most tools you would need - Coffee makers with starter coffee (4 Keurig coffee pods) - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Comfy queen beds - Off street parking (cars with low clearance should consider street parking because driveway has a steep entry). Guest access Wide easy street with a driveway for parking. Quiet residential area. Good for quiet stays, not good for parties. There is a playground nearby and lots of food delivery options. Other things to note **Hurricane season notice** If a tropical storm or hurricane is due to hit Pensacola, we MUST cancel your stay! You will of course get a full refund if this happens. We welcome people of all races, religions and sexual orientations into our home! A few things to note: Seriously no parties. It is a neighborhood of families and this house is not setup for parties. If you throw a party, we will know and you will be asked to leave without a refund. We have one room locked off in the house. It is just unfinished and has nothing interesting in it yet, but soon we will have another lounge/game area! Also, an owner's closet in one of the bedrooms is locked off (there is a still guest closets available in both bedrooms). The driveway has a bit of high clearance, so you should street park if you car is very low to the ground. We allow instant booking for folks with one good review and their ID verified. If you don't have both these things, you will have to send a request. We will still require your account to be verified, but after that, we will accept you. We almost always respond FAST! Don't hesitate to send a booking request! We provide one set of clean linens and a duvet made up on each bed. We also include 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 4 washcloths. We do not provide laundry service during your stay and we do not have beach towels available, but you will have a washer and dryer if you provide detergent.
