The space This is a basement apartment with a separate outside entrance. It is 3 bedrooms, extra large bathroom with shower & toilet rooms. There is a family room and kitchen adjoining and separate laundry room. Guest access Easy access from the airport, about 10-12 minutes. Large driveway for Safe parking off of the street. Guests will have a private entrance for their use. Pick up from the airport can be arranged if needed. Small playground for children is available on the property, including a small basketball court. Other things to note WiFi, Cable TV is included. Easy access to downtown Salt Lake City (about 15 minute drive), bus stop is 1 block away. Mule deer 🦌 are often seen in our yard.
