Many restaurants, bars and a very charming atmosphere. The house has 3 floors: Ground floor: Entrance, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. 1st floor: Living room with sofa, balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table with chairs 2nd floor: Bedroom with double bed, bathroom, with toilet, shower, sink, and a washing machine and a terrace with a fantastic view of the beach, sea, city and mountains. I bought the house in March 2021 and finished renovating in 2022. Guest access The house on 3 floors is located on the street level, which means that there are no stairs to the house, and otherwise no traffic, it is a pedestrian zone. There is no parking space for the house, but many parking spaces close by. Max. 5 minutes on foot to the bus station, with buses running all over the island. The buses also run to and from the airport, which takes about 1 hour. The house is not handicap-friendly Other things to note The house is not handicap friendly, due to the stairs inside the house.
