The property is in a secluded, very private, and very quiet part of Soho. There is a gated private entrance to the building and the reception is staffed with a 24 hour concierge team. Visitors are always surprised by how quiet it is, yet it is in the centre of London's bustling West End. Truly an oasis! Living and Eating The living room is beautifully decorated with stylish interiors and is flooded with natural daylight thanks to a wall of windows and sliding glass doors opening onto the southern facing terrace. The room is furnished with a designer L-shaped sofa, as well as two armchairs and a 55 inch wall mounted flat-screen TV. The open plan space includes a large dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. The large designer kitchen boasts a magnificent 3 metre long granite top kitchen island and the space is fully fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, a Smeg filter coffee maker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a Smeg kettle, a Smeg toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and induction hob. Through the sliding glass doors off the living room is the stunning terrace which includes beautifully planted containers, an outdoor dining table with 2 chairs, a Weber gas BBQ and city skyline views including to Big Ben, Parliament’s Victoria Tower and beyond. The entire open plan area is air-conditioned. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: First Bedroom (with en-suite bathroom): a spacious & comfortable bedroom with a UK Super King-size bed (US King), a desk and desk chair, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a full-size bathtub and an over-bath shower, sink and toilette. This bedroom is serviced by central air conditioning with its own thermostat. There is a large openable window with blackout curtains. Second Bedroom: a spacious & comfortable bedroom with a UK King-size bed (US Queen), a desk and desk chair, and built-in mirrored wardrobes. THIS BEDROOM IS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED but there is a fan and large openable window with blackout window treatments. Second bathroom: accessed from the central hallway and just outside the entrance of the second bedroom, this bathroom is fitted with a cabin shower, sink and toilette. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire flat. A member of our concierge team will always be on hand to check you in, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. The property is located on the fifth floor and there are two lifts onsite providing service from the ground floor reception to the fifth floor. There are 5 short steps to access the front door of the apartment. The interior of the apartment is step-free. The area is well serviced by public transportation with Oxford Circus Underground Station, Piccadilly Circus Underground Station and multiple bus stops just minutes away. London’s newest train line, the “Elizabeth Line” / Crossrail, is just 3 blocks away, with direct service to London Heathrow Airport in 40 minutes. Heathrow Airport is 1 hour away by the Piccadilly tube line or 45 minutes+ by car (car travel times can vary significantly depending on traffic and time of day). If you're travelling by car, Regent Street, Oxford Street and the A4 Piccadilly are just moments from the property. There is onsite parking available for a additional fee. Other things to note Please note: The entire apartment has underfloor heating and there is air conditioning (cooling) in the primary bedroom and open plan living area. The second bedroom is NOT air-conditioned (cooled), but there is a fan and a large window.
