Peaceful, Clean, Single-family house Near DC

We really enjoy getting to know the people that we have hosted from around the world and guests from all background Welcome. We hope that our home will feel like your home during your stay! Enjoy your kitchenette, bathroom and shower, in clean quiet townhouse. On-street parking is plentiful and free. There is room for two cars in the driveway. Please, doing exercise in the house is not allowed but there is a big back yard for exercise use. The space Nice place for family (with children), group travelers or couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers, visiting or new in the area. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, and a very convenient induction stove. Laundry facilities are shared and you have full access once a week. Wi-Fi is available and password is available upon arrival in your room table. We are 1 mile away from Wheaton Metro station and 35 minutes ride into Washington DC and all the attractions that DC has to offer. Guest access Self-check-in with lockbox If you arrive on a car, there is free parking in front of our house and 2 cars off-street parking in the driveway. If arriving by plane you can take the Uber, Taxi, or Super Shuttle Service (a shared riding service) and will take you right to my front door. You can get to our place from the Wheaton Metro station by bus. If necessary, I will provide a detailed description upon request. Please pick the key from the lockbox in front of the door, you’ll enter the front door and walk to the room on the Main floor Level of the townhouse. You will have access to Sitting room, Dining room, Full kitchenette, a fridge, a full bathroom with a shower. You will have an access to our washer/dryer only one time per week for free. I change the bed sheets every time there is a new guest, and I also supply fresh set of towel. Please, doing exercise in the house is not allowed but there is a big back yard for exercise use. Thanks! Other things to note We want our guests to feel at home and be at peace in their stay. This is why we keep the front door locked at all times and the bedroom locks for security. So, for everyone's safety, always lock the front door. Please be respectful of the house. We have neighbors at the basement with the separate back side door access to the basement. Please keep the kitchen clean and Everyone is expected to clean after use. You must also acknowledge This is a no indoor smoking, no drugs, and no partying zone. Treat it as your own house. Keep it clean so everyone can enjoy the place the way you did. DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE. It is very hard to get the smell out. Please also be cautious about amount of noise, there are gusts in the basement. Please, doing exercise in the house is not allowed but there is a big back yard for exercise use. Thanks!
