Our 4 Villas of 80 m2. each are distributed on two floors where up to 6 people can be accommodated with Wifi throughout the complex, which has an outdoor pool area shared for the 4 villas and a garage space for each of them. Two bedrooms, one double with a 1.50 m bed and private bathroom, 32-inch TV, safe and a 4 m2 balcony. The second room also has a private bathroom and a trundle bed for 2 people. Other things to note Family atmosphere, designed for families and children. The tenants undertake to behave appropriately to live in good relations with the neighbors, refrain from making noise inside the apartment or on the terrace that could disturb the neighbors, and use community areas with great care, especially regarding noise and care of the facilities. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that causes the well-founded complaints of the neighbors, will be grounds for the immediate vacancy of the accommodation. REST HOURS are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on holidays, being strictly prohibited, during those periods, any type of activity that disturbs the rest in any way.
