The building is brand new, only 2 years old and all furniture and garden is looked after. The apartment has one-bedroom, a living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machines with free wifi, AC Limited number of parking places are available in our underground garage for 15 EUR/day. The space Our apartment is 50 sq meter and most flats have a balcony in our building. A spacious 1 bedroom plus living room flat is what you can find: All units are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, a living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. A microwave, a fridge and oven are also available, as well as a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.All our flats have a washing machine. Free wifi is available. The whole apartment will be yours Heroes Square , Blaha Lujza Square metro , and public transport access is just a few min walk away . The world's 2nd largest Synagogue is 6 streets away from us as well as several city attractions. The New York Palace coffee shop ( Winner of many worldwide prizes for most beautiful cafetaria ) which is 150 years old is just 200 meters away. We have an automated key box system, and have several apartments in the building , so we can not check in all our guests. 24 hour entry is of course no problem , due to our super check in system.
