Other things to note GROUP SIZE -No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted on property at any time -We may charge for additional guests added to the reservation. -Please register infants as children; they are counted within the max occupancy of our home. IMPORTANT -2nd bedroom is an open loft without a door -We have a 20 gallon hot water heater. Larger groups are encouraged to space their showers apart to ensure hot water availability. -Weekly yard and hot tub maintenance. Tech may be outside of unit during reservation for up to 30 minutes. -Propane for grill and hammock are available Memorial Day through Labor Day. CONCIERGE SERVICES We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following Pack and Play Rental: $60 Snowshoe and Poles Rental: $25/set Trekking Poles: $15/set Firewood & Kindling Bundle: $20 Early check in $50 Late checkout $50 *Services subject to availability DOGS -Up to 2 dogs (2+ years old). Pet fee: $60/dog. No other pets allowed. -$250/dog fee for unregistered dog(s) -Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room). -Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts. -While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog. -Dogs must be crated if left unattended. -All excrement must be picked up outside. -Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure. -Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property.
