Located on the first level within a beautiful townhouse, this private suite has: • A separate entrance / space (not shared) • Parking for ONE vehicle overnight • 1 bathroom • 1 bedroom Walking distance to dining, Publix and more. 3mi from Braves Stadium, mall, I-75 and I-285. Relax in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Great for couples, adventurers, or business travelers. Please do not bring multiple vehicles. The space This 800 sq foot terrance level apartment is private (not a "shared space"). Living room, bedroom, and bathroom are all in the apartment itself. It does not have a kitchen, but includes a mini fridge and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance to the outside, so you can come and go as you please. There is parking available in driveway for one car. Guest access Wifi is accessible and is pretty strong with a download speed of 72 mbps. We do not have cable, but we offer access to popular streaming services like netflix and hulu. Other things to note There is a $25 additional fee for early check in or late check out. Please note that we can not always accommodate these requests due to overlapping bookings and coordinating cleaning.
