The apartment is suitable for max. 4 people. The space These spacious holiday apartments are the ideal stay when you come together with your family or friends to enjoy a wonderful holiday on Curacao. Each apartment is identical and suitable for up to 4 people. You will feel right at home here. Each apartment has a living room with a comfortable sofa where you can watch a movie or series in the evening. There is a smart tv which features Netflix or on Youtube . ​ The kitchen is full of comforts and a nice place to prepare a delicious meal. There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, combi oven-microwave and induction cooktop. All necessities for cooking are provided. From the large hatch in the kitchen you are in direct contact with the private terrace and you also have a magnificent view of the Caribbean garden and the area from the kitchen. ​ There are 2 bedrooms in total. Both bedrooms have a double box spring bed. If desired, we can slide the beds apart in one of the two bedrooms and make them as two single beds. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the shutter windows have mosquito screens. ​ In the middle of the two bedrooms is a spacious bathroom, equipped with a lovely rain shower with warm water, a sink and a toilet. Through a sliding door, you can access the spacious private terrace. Here you can enjoy on the lounge set or at the dining table. There is almost always a delicious breeze present which ensures cooling. From the private terrace you also have a nice view of the Caribbean garden, with beautiful palm trees and the swimming pool. From the terrace of both upstairs apartments, you have a magnificent view of the area and Table Mountain. ​ Do you prefer to stay in an apartment on the ground floor or on the first floor? Please let us know in the comments when making the reservation. There is no elevator available. Should you not be able to walk and specifically want to stay in a downstairs apartment? Please ask for availability before you make the reservation. Guest access When you book this stay you will get access to a full apartment with private terrace. The outdoor area such as the swimming pool, the sunbeds, the canopy and the parking space are for shared use. Other things to note The price for the stay includes: - A certain amount of water and electricity, based on the number of people*: 2 people: 10 kWh of electricity and 0.33 m3 of water per day​ 3 people: 13 kWh of electricity and 0.50 m3 of water per day 4 people: 15 kWh of electricity and 0.60 m3 of water per day - 1x per week fresh linens - 4 shower towels per person per week - Kitchen towels - Wi-Fi - Intermediate cleaning (for stay >14 nights) - 7% guest tax *if you have consumed more electricity or water, we will charge these consumption costs at the end of the stay. Optional Costs ​Beach towels It is possible to book a large beach towel at the stay. We ask for a fee of €5,- per beach towel per week. ​ Late checkout Our standard check out time is at 10am If you would like to use the stay the entire day of departure, it is possible to reserve a late check-out (based on availability). You can then check out at a time of your choice. The cost for this is €50.00. ​ Intermediate cleaning For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is included. If you are staying for less than 14 nights or would you like an extra intermediate cleaning, you can book it for €30,- ​ High chair & baby cot It is possible to use a high chair (€5,- per stay) and/or a camp bed (€1.50 per night).
