Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free Wifi, wide driveway, compact galley kitchen, pod coffee machine, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: we have an outside toilet (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking. The space Spacious Room 1 has a king size bed, large armchair, clothes stand, two bedside tables, reading lamp, reverse cycle split system air conditioner, block out curtains, full length mirror and USB power point. Room 2 has two single beds, a smart tv, books, kids books and toys, a two seater lounge, arm chair, small clothes stand, large coffee table, side table, block out curtains, USB power point and reverse cycle split system air conditioner. Room 3 is a smaller room with a king size bed, clothes stand, block out curtains, reading lamp, bedside tables, reverse cycle split system air conditioner and USB power point. All bedrooms have warm flannelette linen during winter. The shower room has a vanity cabinet, large mirror, storage cabinet and spacious shower, no bath. The kitchen is accessed by a small staircase of four stairs and left sided jarrah handrail, there is a door that can be closed at the top of the stairs. Guests can easily prepare meals with microwave, pod coffee machine, gas stove and oven, toaster and kettle. All kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are supplied. The fridge has a top section freezer. The outside toilet can be accessed through the kitchen, literally two steps out but still under cover of the roof. There is no washing machine or dryer. The bar room has a three seater lounge, smart tv, wall air con/heater, 6 seater dining table, chairs, USB power point. Guest access The driveway has no height restrictions and is long. Guests can park close to the back door. No access to yard beyond green gates. Other things to note The train line and station is nearby so there is some infrequent train noise. Please be aware the river is very close, supervise children. There are stairs in the kitchen up to the bedrooms and doorway steps from the kitchen to the bar room and toilet access door.
