Welcome to our light-flooded 90 sqm feel-good oasis with loggia. Very quiet and rural, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached home. Here you will stay in the countryside, on the edge of the Ruhr area and can still reach the attractions of the Ruhr Valley quickly. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be. If you want city life, you should choose another place to stay. The space Arrive and feel comfortable… In the large living room you have a lot of space. There is a cozy couch and the large dining table, as well as the small work corner. Small guests will also find some toys here. Now also with Magenta TV, up to 100 channels in HD, including Disney+ and Netflix From the living room you can access the loggia, where you can have a wonderful breakfast in summer, for example. Adjacent is the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped. Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, smoothie mixer, kettle, Caffissimo capsule machine... In the back rooms is the modern bathroom, where you can relax in the walk-in rain shower. To the right of the bathroom is the cozily furnished bedroom, where you can dream wonderfully in the 1.60 m wide bed. To the left of the bathroom is the 2nd bedroom with a cozy 1.40 m bed, large dresser and floor mirror. For hygienic reasons, this room remains closed when occupied by 2 people. If you would like 2 bedrooms because you are work colleagues, friends or the like, please feel free to contact me. A 5th person could sleep in the living room on the couch. That's fine for one night. Good WiFi with up to 150 Mbps is available throughout the property A large supermarket (open until 10 pm, Rewe Kaufpark) and a discount store, Lidl (open until 9 pm) are a 3-minute drive away. Guest access You can park on the parking strip right in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the garages. Other things to note We live on the first floor, so below you. We have a little cat, Lui, who likes to sneak through the house. So you might run into him in the stairwell. He's super sweet, but he's definitely not allowed out of the house.
